How do I know if I have a leak in my pool or home?If you notice a higher-than-normal water bill, damp spots around your home, cracks in your pool deck, or your pool losing more than 1/4 inch of water per day (without excessive evaporation), you may have a leak. Our expert leak detection service can pinpoint the exact source of the problem.
-
What does your leak detection service include? For pools and spas, we use scuba diving, pressure testing, sound equipment, and dye testing to locate leaks. For homes, we use infrared cameras, acoustic listening devices, and pressure tests to find hidden plumbing leaks. Our full-home leak detection service is $299, which is credited toward the repair cost if you choose us for the fix.
-
How long does leak detection take? Most leak detection jobs take between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the system and the number of possible leak points. Larger pools, spas, or homes with extensive plumbing may take longer.
-
Can you repair the leak after finding it?Yes! Once we locate the leak, we provide a detailed report and a repair estimate. If you choose us for the repair, the $299 home leak detection fee is applied toward the repair cost. We handle everything from minor pipe leaks to full plumbing repairs.
